Fall colors in Japan don't all peak at once. Nikko usually turns first, around mid-October, and Kyoto peaks weeks later in late November. A tour booked months in advance can't really plan around that — so we don't lock you into a fixed schedule.
You'll be picked up at your hotel by your own private guide and chauffeur. From there we can take you to Nikko, Tokyo, Hakone (with views of Mt. Fuji), Kamakura, and Kyoto — timing each stop to when the leaves actually look their best. Want to change the order, slow down somewhere, or add a kimono experience or tea ceremony along the way? Just tell your guide. It's your day, and it moves at your pace.
